About

We at Ninja Form believe that physically overcoming obstacles is the best way to train the mind and body, no matter your age. Our principles are based in a culture of hard work, mutual respect, and fitness disguised as fun.

Ninja Form was started in 2024 by owner Jensen Newhall. The program operated out of Avant Coeur Gymnastics up to May 2026. The new 7500 square foot location is set to open May 23rd in Dalton Gardens, Idaho.
