Recreational Ninja Ages 4+

Sign the kids up for a real ninja warrior experience. In these 45, 50, or 60 minute class participants will work on body awareness, balance, and grip strength while having fun on real obstacles from ninja competitions such as the warped wall, ring swings, lache bars, and more. Best for beginners.

Expectations: Have fun, be respectful, learn new skills.

12-15 minute warmup . 35-45 minutes of nonstop swinging, climbing, running.

Recreational Parkour Ages 6+

In these 50 minute or 60 minute classes, students will learn balance, speed, and efficiency of movement between two points. More lower body focused than ninja, students learn to climb over boxes, jump with precision, and gain confidence with heights. Best for all ages.

Expectations: Have fun, be respectful, learn new skills

12-15 Minute warmup. 35-45 Minutes of nonstop running, climbing, and jumping.

Competitive Ninja Team/Pre-team Ages 6+

For the Ninja lovers. In these classes we focus more on the skills needed to compete in our local and national ninja obstacle competitions. Harder obstacles, more impressive skills, even more fun. Best for competitors, or athletes that want a primary or second sport.

Expectations: Have fun, be respectful, have a desire to work hard towards new skills.

10-15 Minute warmup/strength training. 45-50 minutes of nonstop, swinging, climbing, running.

Open Gym Ages 6-106

In these 60 minute training sessions, students will have access to all age appropriate sections of the gym to play and train at their own pace. Coaches are present for safety and rule enforcement.

Expectations: Have fun, be respectful, follow all facility rules, work on skills gained from classes

60 Minutes of open training time. No coach led warmups

Adult Obstacle Course Fitness Ages 16+

In these 60 minute classes fitness becomes fun. Participants will train functional weight and body movements, as well as some basic obstacle skills such as balancing, ring swinging, and climbing.
